Lenci has over a decade experience in the industry. Coming from a wrestling and bodybuilding background he knows the importance of consistency both in training and diet to get results. Many of his clients have had numerous personal trainers before starting with him, never getting the results they really wanted. Only through really addressing their goal structure and tailoring a bespoke program to fit them, does Lenci ensure they achieve the results they have been after.

Looking in the mirror, not fitting into clothes, or simply feeling tired all the time are all common issues expressed by his new clients. Lenci understands that working in today’s stressful fast paced job market has made losing weight and getting in shape challenging.

Based in Shepherd's Bush, Lenci can deliver personal training in the gym (no membership necessary), office, park or your own home, using a variety of exercise systems such as boxercising, kettle bells, TRX suspension training, medicine balls, dumb bells, cardio drills, resistance bands and more. The offering includes individualised plans and recommendations for exercising outside session times, so you can continue to get closer to your goal every day.

Lenci offers a wide range of dynamic personal training & sports specific training for all ages. He will meet all your fitness needs through a comprehensive fitness evaluation to determine you current fitness level. Then Lenci will set up the best program to help you reach your peak fitness level based on YOUR goals.

Your program will be set up to meet the five components of physical fitness:

Cardiovascular Endurance
Muscle Strength

Body Composition

Your training will include nutrition counseling & food tracking to help you reach YOUR goals quicker. Lenci will also conduct a partner assisted neuromuscular stretch at the end of every session to improve flexibility.

Lenci will take anyone on as a client; the more challenging the better, all he asks for are:

Commitment- 100% commitment to your training and nutritional plans.

Self workouts– You may also be required to train by yourself one additional day a week.

Willingness to change bad dietary habits– mainly eliminating processed foods, sweets and alcohol.

Keeping a food diary– this can either be a hand written diary or you can even take photos of every meal and email them to Lenci.
